The Wharton Esherick Museum holds it's 20th annual Woodworking Contest, and Opening Reception/Annual Member's Party on September 8, 2013 in Paoli, Pennsylvania near Philidelphia . This year's theme for the contest is birdhouses. All woodworkers--professional, hobbiest or student--were eligible for the contest. The items were to be primarilly made of wood and were selected based on artistry, function, and expression of non-traditional, imaginative new design. The judges are Dr.
I will be one of the featured artists at the 13th annnual "Birdhouses on Parade" at the Carolina Inn in Chapel Hill, NC. My work will be on display in the lobby of the hotel from April1 to April 21, 2014. Every year they have a beautiful display of unique birdhouses and feeders from several NC artists.
